OPTIMA Behavioral Consulting is currently seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs and BCBA-Ds) in Tucson, Phoenix, and Sierra Vista, Arizona.

We are a rapidly growing agency who continues to maintain our mission by ensuring small caseloads, reasonable billing expectations, never-ending quest to adopt the latest research in the field of ABA and make it accessible to others. About you:

• BCBA or BCBA-D

• Maintain credentials in accordance with the regulations of the credentialing board without lapse and eligible for AZ state license

• Experience in conducting FBAs, assessments in the areas of communication, social and independent living skills.

• Excellent communication and time-management skills

• Pass background clearance check

• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license

• Experience in the supervision of behavioral technicians

• Detail oriented and highly analytical

• Knowledgeable in Organizational Behavioral Management

• Strongly competent in verbal behavior and functional analysis

• Have experience in working in a constantly creative and dynamic environment

• Uncomfortably ambitious and self-driven

• Fluent in Spanish language
